Welcome to SetiaSkin. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.
1. Shipping Timeline & Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
All orders are pre-order items from overseas and require a specific shipping period.
Postage Day Calculation: Orders will be processed for shipping within 3 to 5 business days after the estimated arrival date (ETA).
Example: If the ETA is August 27, your order will be handed over to the courier by September 1 at the latest.
2. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is Subject to Change
The stated ETA is an estimate only and may vary depending on the efficiency of courier services.
Customers are advised to allow an additional 3 to 5 business days after the ETA for processing, sorting, and packing before shipment.
3. Changes in ETA & Possible Delays
The ETA may change due to the following reasons:
- Supplier is still preparing the order or has not shipped it yet.
- Delays from courier companies or other logistics-related issues.
- Customs clearance processing or public holidays in the originating country.
4. Payment Policy
- Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
- Installment plans are available via Atome. Orders will be placed after the first installment payment (1/3 or 1/6 of the total price). All transactions via Atome are subject to an 8% surcharge.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The item has not been received from the supplier within 90 days from the purchase date.
- The supplier confirms that the stock is unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled.
No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- The item has already been purchased from the supplier and is in transit.
- The customer cancels the order due to personal reasons (e.g., “Change of Mind”).
6. Damaged or Incomplete Items Policy
- If the item received is damaged or incomplete, customers may request a return or replacement.
- Unboxing video is required as proof for any return or exchange requests.
7. Delays & Customer Advisory
- Customers who order gifts, wedding items, or urgent-use products are advised not to purchase, as delays beyond our control may occur.
- In the event of high order volume, some items may be missing or unavailable. If this happens, a refund will be issued based on the value of the undelivered item(s).

9. Delay Policy
If the delay exceeds 30 days after the ETA, customers may contact us for an update.
If 90 days have passed since the purchase date and the order is still not received with no updates from the supplier or courier, a refund request will be reviewed based on the situation.
Refunds for delays will only be processed after 90 days, and only if the delay is due to the following:
- Extended customs clearance processing
- Public holidays in the originating country (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays)
- Severe weather conditions or logistics issues with the courier
- Supplier shipping delays
Refund requests due to delays within 90 days will not be entertained unless the supplier confirms that the item is out of stock.
10. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By completing the payment, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this document (Sections 1-10).
