Return & Refund Policy

At SetiaSkin, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please review the terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The customer provides a clear unboxing video as proof.
• The return request is made within three (3) days of receiving the order.

Items that are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
• Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product’s usability.
• Sale or clearance items, unless proven defective.

2. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
• The item has not been received from the supplier within 90 days from the purchase date.
• The supplier confirms that the item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
• The customer was mistakenly charged twice for the same item.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:
• The order is still in transit and within the stated ETA period.
• The customer cancels the order after it has been processed.
• The delay is caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or public holidays.

3. Return Process

 

If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us – Send an email to admin@setiaskin.com within three (3) days of receiving the order.
2. Provide Proof – Attach a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
3. Return Shipping – The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing Time – Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the item.

4. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
• If the payment was made through Atome, processing fees are non-refundable.
