    • Customers should allow an additional 3 to 5 business days after the ETA for processing, sorting, and packing before shipping.
  3. Shipping & Delivery Time
    • Once the order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and the destination.
    • Standard delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
    • International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
  4. Shipping Fees
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel weight.
    • Any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Shipment Tracking

  6. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries
    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
    • SetiaSkin is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs clearance processes.
  7. Lost or Missing Parcels
    • If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must contact the courier service immediately.
    • SetiaSkin will assist in filing a claim, but we are not responsible for lost parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.
  8. Changes to Delivery Address
    • Any changes to the delivery address must be requested before the order is shipped.
    • Address changes after shipment will be subject to courier policies and may incur additional charges.
